{"id":27497,"date":"2020-08-19T15:50:37","date_gmt":"2020-08-19T12:50:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apollon.com.cy\/?p=27497"},"modified":"2020-08-19T15:52:25","modified_gmt":"2020-08-19T12:52:25","slug":"apollon-fc-launches-apl-fan-token","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apollon.com.cy\/en\/apollon-fc-launches-apl-fan-token\/","title":{"rendered":"Apollon FC launches $APL Fan Token"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Apollon Limassol FC, in partnership with Chiliz (Binance: $CHZ), have announced that they will launch their $APL Fan Token on August 25th.<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The $APL Fan Token will be sold exclusively on fan voting &amp; rewards app Socios.com and the Chiliz Exchange &#8211; the world\u2019s first tokenised sports exchange.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>$APL holders will be able to influence club decisions, voting in many polls each season on Socios.com and earning rewards linked to the club, including innovative digital experiences and real-life activations, such as meeting players and watching games as a VIP when fans return to the stadiums.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>A Leaderboard feature, where fans will receive rewards points based on how they interact with Apollon FC through the app will be launched in the near future, allowing fans to compete to become the number 1 fan in their region\/country.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>A Chat feature and Games will also be launched on Socios.com in the coming months.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Socios.com Fan Token partners include, FC Barcelona, Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, AS Roma, Galatasaray, CA Independiente and esports giants OG. CA Independiente of Argentina and Spanish esports team Heretics will also launch their Fan Tokens on August 25th.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>As many as 50 IPs from the world of sports and entertainment are primed to join the Socios.com platform in 2020.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Apollon FC will reveal more about how $APL Fan Tokens will help fans get closer to the club in a press conference featuring a live link up with Socios.com founder Alexandre Dreyfus at 11am (Cypriot time) tomorrow morning (Wednesday 19\/08).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Club President of Apollon Limassol FC, Nicos Kirzis, said: \u201cWe are excited to be the first Cypriot club to join Chiliz and Socios.com!
