10 trees for every Apollon goal

Every goal scored by Apollon FC in the 2021-2022 season, our team will plant ten trees.

The deadly fires that hit mountainous Limassol, in addition to our dead fellow human beings, left behind thousands of square meters of scorched earth, families on the streets, damage of millions of euros and incalculable ecological disaster.

The least we can all do is stand by the fire victims and help them in any way we can.

From the first moment, Apollon Limassol appealed to all the fans to bring basic necessities to the building of our Association and a delegation of our team visited the Red Cross of the Limassol Branch and delivered the supplies provided by our fans.

Regarding the ecological catastrophe, Apollon will contribute to the restoration of part of the natural environment, as it will participate in the program “goal of the football project” through which our team will proceed to plant saplings with the total number resulting from the number of goals that our team will achieve in the 2021-2022 season in all competitions.

For each goal that our team scored, then we will undertake the tree planting of ten trees.

The tree planting will take place after the end of the season in an area designated by the Forest Department, while members of the football department and volunteer Apollon fans will participate in the reforestation effort!
