Agreement in principle with Angelo Sagal

Apollon Football (Public) Ltd, announces the agreement in principle with football player Angelo Sagal until May 2025.

Angelo was born in April 1993 and plays mainly as a left winger.

The 30-year-old footballer started his career in 2011 with Rangers (Chile) where he stayed until 2013 when he was transferred to Huachipato where he played until 2017.

In 2018, he took his first step outside his home country by playing in Mexico for Pachuca. The following season he played on loan at Juarez, and in 2020 he made a transition across the Atlantic to join Denizlispor in Turkey.

In June 2021 he played for Gaziantep for a season and a half while in March 2023 he played on loan for Hungarian champions Ferencvaros after the devastating earthquake.

The player is an international with the Chilean men’s national team with 18 appearances and two goals.
Angelo Sagal is expected in Cyprus in the coming days to undergo medical examinations and the deal is expected to be finalised.
