Andreas Athanasiou joins Apollon

Apollon Football (Public) Ltd announces that it has reached an agreement with Akritas Chlorakas for the transfer of Andreas Athanasiou until May 2028, with an option to extend the cooperation for an additional season.

The Cypriot winger, born in April 2004, spent two seasons with PAOK’s U19 side, making a total of 20 appearances, scoring one goal and providing one assist in the Super League U19.

In the summer of 2023, he joined Akritas Chlorakas, where he went on to register 66 appearances and seven goals in all competitions.

We welcome Andreas Athanasiou to the Apollon family and wish him every success in blue and white.
