HONORARY DISTINCTION: CANDIDATE TEAMS FOR THE AWARD OF THE BEST PROGRAM OF CSR 2018

The Apollon Limassol logo was shortlisted for eight ECA Best Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

The ECA selected the groups where their project:

• It aims to help the local community of each club, addressing specific problems in the area.
• It is not just an individual event but a project that will have continuity and sustainability.
• Have a positive impact on the local community where the team comes from. Be an example to other ECA members.

The social responsibility program of our team for 2017-2018, was entitled “Together We Can Achieve More” with main objectives:

• Raising public awareness about the daily problems of our society.
• Educating children through school visits on the phenomena of racism and bullying.
• Promoting the message that football and sport unite different cultures and religions.
• Supporting people with disabilities and promoting their equal rights, facilitating their free access to stadiums.
• The strengthening of charitable foundations through events, with the presence of the football players of Apollon Limassol.
• The inclusion of Apollo in the short list of ECA for the CSR award is a huge honor and reward for the advanced way of operation of the company all these years.
