Ioannis Pittas transferred to AIK Stockholm

Apollon Football (Public) Ltd announces the conclusion of an agreement with AIK Stockholm for the transfer of the international footballer Ioannis Pittas.

Ioannis Pittas joined Apollon from the age of 13 (2009) and played in all age groups of our academy.

The talented striker was promoted to the first team in 2014 and in nine years of his career he completed 184 appearances in all competitions and scored 51 goals.

In terms of European appearances, Ioannis played in 30 games, scoring four times… equaling his father who has exactly the same statistics!

The player celebrated all the titles with Apollon’s jersey, winning one championship, two cups and three Super Cups.

Ioannis had an incredible season last season scoring 20 goals in 48 games and that is exactly why he is moving on to the next step of his career, making the most of his effort.
