Match day hospitality for the children of the Limassol children’s shelter

We had the honor and pleasure of hosting five children with their escorts from the Limassol Children’s Shelter in today’s match against Omonoia.

The children were hosted in collaboration with the foundation “Children’s Love Day Fund” and our official sponsor and partner Royal Caribbean International.

The “Children’s Love Day Fund” foundation was created in 1993 and its aim is to meet mainly the educational needs of the children monitored by the Welfare Office. The purpose behind this effort is to help these children financially to overcome possible difficulties that they might face at school, by subsidizing special lessons with tutors and then support them financially in case they seek to study in the higher institutions. In the twenty years of the foundation’s existence approximately €1,600,000 have been collected and then allocated according to the needs of these children.
