Mathieu Peybernes joins the champions

Apollon FC announces the transfer of Mathieu Peybernes until May of 2024.

Mat borned in October of 1990 and he plays as central defender.

The majority of his career was spent in the French league making over 150 appearances in Ligue 1 playing for Sochaux, Bastia and Lorient.

He completed a 108 appearances in the Spanish LaLiga2, competing mainly in Malaga, Lugo, Sporting Gijon and Real Zaragoza, while he also had a short spell in Almeria.

The centre-back also played for Turkey’s Göztepe and Belgium’s Eupen.

We welcome the footballer to the blue and white family and wish him every success in playing for the Cyprus champions!
