The Meaning of Inclusive Society at Apollon Columbia
On the occasion of the International day of love and in the context of the corporate social responsibility of Apollon Football (Public) Ltd,children and adults, members and non-members of POAA Limassol (Pancypriot Organization for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled) visited the Apollon Columbia training center at Kolossi.
The chairman of the board of directors, together with the coaching staff, the football players and the staff that make up the building of Apollon, welcomed the members of the organization with great joy and pride so that they could embody the meaning of the inclusive society as every local community should today.
The event took place on Wednesday afternoon (14/12) when young children and members of POAA were embraced, literally and figuratively, by the family of Apollon Limassol as they had the opportunity to meet and chat with last year’s champions, play football with them , to collect autographs and take pictures with our football players.
At the end of the visit, all the visitors received small souvenirs while the captain of the team, Hampos Kyriakou, presented the organization with a signed official jersey of the 2022-23 season on behalf of the football department.
The joy and satisfaction was evident on the faces of the individuals and reflected in their beautiful smiles which was the greatest reward for the entire family of Apollon Limassol.
We would like to thank POAA for the work it has done over the years for these individuals and remind the decision-makers that Apollon’s doors will always be wide open for them and their members.
