Vladan Milojevic is the new head coach of Apollon

Apollon Football (Public) Ltd, announces the start of the partnership with the Serbian coach Mr. Vladan Milojevic, who signed a contract for the season 2023-2024.

The 53-year-old coach started his coaching career in 2011 when he took over as coach of Javor Ivanjica. He subsequently worked at Čukarički, celebrating his first title in the 2014-2015 season.

In the 2015 season he came to our country for the first time taking over the managerial position of Omonia with whom he reached the cup final where they were defeated by our team 2-1. In the 2016-2017 season he led Panionios to European competitions after ten years.

In June 2017, he took over the technical leadership of Red Star with whom he won two championships, setting the stage for a third before stepping down in December 2019, and was also named the best Serbian coach for two consecutive seasons (2017, 2018) and was selected as the league’s top coach in the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons.

In February 2020 he was appointed coach at Al Ahli, where he remained until March 2021, and in July of the same year he took over the technical leadership of AEK Athens, from which he left to work again in Saudi Arabia and Al Ettifaq.

His latest football club was APOEL where he took over in October 2022 until the end of the 2022-2023 season.
