Humanitarian aid for Ukraine

The Apollon Football Club handed donated essentials, food, and money to the Limassol Red Cross branch on Wednesday afternoon (20/04), which will be delivered to Ukraine for support, solidarity, and help to the civilian population.

The Apollon Football Company’s Chairman, Nikos Kirzis, the previous Chairman, Mr. Dimis Kirzis, and our team’s football player, Alexander Noyok, were all present at the Apollon headquarters where the Red Cross delegation of Mrs. Olivia Papadaki, Elena Potamitou, and Maria Rhoda performed a modest ceremony.

Mr. Dimis Kirzis presented the cheque to Mr. Olivia Papadaki, President of the Limassol Red Cross, on behalf of our team.

Our club’s football players and technical staff each contributed something to this.
