Born in December 1999, Carreazo began his professional career in Colombia with Once Caldas, making 140 appearances and scoring 21 goals across all competitions.

In September 2022, he moved to Europe to join CSKA Sofia, where he spent the last three seasons, recording 97 appearances and 11 goals.

He plays as central midfielder.
